About the job

Reporting directly to the Learning Community Manager, the Learning Content Editor is the storyteller of the team. Able to craft a learning solution narrative, tying that narrative into the larger learning strategy and growth strategy of the business. Connects learners with the content, engaging them in a way that both resonates and is easy to comprehend. Responsible for reviewing, editing, and auditing the written content within the learning solutions supported by the team. The copy editor is an adept storyteller, detail-oriented, and understands how to write in a friendly, inclusive voice that represents the Coca-Cola University (CCU) brand as well as the The Coca-Cola Company culture.

What You'll Do

Supports the focus on learner lead, continuous learning activities by ensuring up to date relevant learning content and materials are available to the organization. Ensure the effective communication of the learning resources available to support the wider organization by creating bespoke learning assets to support Practice lead and capability owners Responsible for Digital content management – up to date catalogues and connect pages related to our learn content across Leadership, Enterprise – provide advice and support where appropriate for functional teams

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 5 years plus in learning, content editing, creative, graphic designer role
  • 2-3 years working within a Talent / Learning Center of Excellence team or providing contracted services to this team.
  • Good understanding of organizational development.
  • Working with a range of platform and content editing tools.
  • Managing stakeholders, providing advice and clearly communicating a point of view
  • Organized and able to work autonomously managing a fast-paced workflow to deliver a relevant and changing digital learning presence

Work Focus

  • Works closely with Digital Workplace / People Services team to ensure learning pages are in line with overall governance approach while being innovative and easily consumable. Targets to be set re visits to focus on building the wider communication and consumption of learning assets on line (ex. 5% to 25% of Connect traffic in 2021 etc.)
  • Support practice leads to ensure new programs are effectively communicated in the digital space building relevant tools for the People Services communications team to use.
  • Build specialist learning tools related to guides, job aides, learning assets
  • Support video content creation e.g. Leadership stories.

Communication Focus

  • ringing to life for the organization the learning and capability support that is available to them
  • Ensuring we build effective digital solutions that are easily accessed within our online ecosystem
  • Create resources bespoke to learning for the People Services communications to use for marketing and wider communications
